Redwall Book Petition"Many people, including myself, enjoyed Nelvana'a adaptation of Brian Jacques' beloved Redwall series. However, after just 3 seasons, production of the series stopped. There are many more amazing books with which they can create more episodes. It is more than two years after Jacque' passing, and I can think of no better way to honor his amazing life and career than furthering this wonderful series."

Redwall Contest"Scotty Bluefleck, the character I use as my avatar, is the main character in my fanfic Tales from Bowlaynee Castle. At the end of the story, she weds fellow TFBC character Prince Iram MacScutta. They later have eight children (this bit is not actually in the story), and that's where you come in. I'd like some help designing the Leverets. "
The Vermin King: Chapter ThreeThe moon shone bright in the sky, surrounded by thousands of pinpricks of light. Diantha gazed at them from her position by a camp fire, a soft smile adorning her face. The world around her lay forgotten for the moment as she took in the beauty of the stars, only half listening to Malion's third attempt at explaining what they were doing near Mossflower country, this time using significantly less words that his previous two efforts.
"Look, it's really not so difficult to understand. The infamous Redwall Abbey is made of those red sandstone blocks, right? And its walls have never been beaten; the only ones who have ever gotten past them had to trick their way in, like Slagar the Cruel and Cluny the Scourge. So this red sandstone must be an exceptionally good material for building fortresses out of. That's why we're traveling to this Mossflower place; to get that sandstone to build our own castle out of it. That way, that castle will be just as impenetrable as the famed Redwall.
The Vermin King: Chapter TwoIn his younger days, Abbot Benjamiah had been the greatest treewiffler Redwall Abbey had ever known. He'd lived in the orchard, only ever going into the abbey proper at meal times or when the winter months rolled in.
The old grey squirrel still visited the orchard every day, despite having long since moved to a room inside the abbey proper. He'd have a chair brought out amongst the trees after lunch and spend a good while sitting and reminiscing about times long ago. Sometimes one of the other abbey inhabitants would join him, prehaps even bringing tea to enjoy along with the good company. Today, he had settled in for a nap only to awaken and find himself at the center of a storm of dibbuns. The little creatures ran and laughed, being chased by Brother Terrel and Tibby Thornback.
"Now look at what you scoundrels have done! You've gone and woken the Abbot from his nap!" Brother Terrel declared. The poor old dormouse was no match for dibbuns' speed; he knew as well as they did that he co
TWB Chapter 15~ Chapter 15 Complications ~
"Well, now what?" Rose ventured to ask after they had left the sea shore behind. Sally had unhitched Dancer, and they were all resting after their harrowing experience.
The mouse they had rescued was faring poorly. He had never awoke, and although she didn't like to say so she didn't think he ever would. At least not without proper care, something Sally couldn't give him.
The mouse shook her head in answer to her sister's question. "I don't know Rose. I just don't know."
Rose looked hopeful, "Well if we could take him back to Noonvale, I'm sure mother could .."
Sally looked away. "Rose I've got to tell you this. The fact is, I've got no idea where we are, or where Noonvale is. We can't get home. Face it Rose, We're really lost. Really and truly."
"Oh." Was all Rose could think to say.
They sat silent for a bit, each thinking their own thoughts.
Suddenly a soft, unfamiliar voice rang from the woodlands. "I do not know where Noonvale is good tra
TWB Chapter 16~ Chapter 16 New Friends ~
"A most strange tale young'un, but then Oi've seen apleny of strange things in moi days." Polleekin declared after hearing Sally's story.
She sat by the bed she had laid the mouse on, carefully bandaging his wounds. Rose sat beside the mole wife, looking worried.
"Oh will he be alright Polleekin?"
The mole patted Rose's paw. "Now there, there missy Rose. He'll be foine. This uns a strong creature, an that's for sure."
Sally smiled nervously. "I'm going down to see Dancer and Luna if you don't mind."
As she left, Polleekin observed, "Missy Sally ain't for sitten around sick rooms Oi'm a guessin."
Rose sighed. "Yes, my sister likes to be outside under the sky and not in a house."
She paused, adding, "And she doesn't like anything to do with healing. I have the feeling she feels pretty useless, and that's something she really hates. Mother tried to teach her healing, but it was no good. Sally just couldn't figure it out."
She walked over to the win
Chickenhound, aka Slagar the cruelSo more Redwall thoughts from me. Last time I did Ferhago the assassin, but this time my focus will be on Chickenhound, or Slagar the cruel. I always found him a fascinating villain. I do believe that while he was indeed crazy from the snake poison (spoilers will be used freely here) he was one of the most successful vermin leaders in achieving his goals.
First off I will say I do not quite understand why he targeted Matthias having never even met him as vengeance for his injuries. I assume only that he does so since he mistakenly blames Redwall when going mad and Matthias is their warrior, or was cheated from getting revenge on the snake that bit him. I do think he is misguided, however, he is the most successful in Redwall. Even though in the end, like most villains he meets his own end, please bear with me.
First off, Slagar DID get his revenge. Of course, he wanted Malkariss' lair for himself, and he failed in this, he fulfilled his vengeance. The whole of Redwall suffered great an
Redwall Organ MusicHello anyone who reads this.
This is a test more or less, to see if I can follow instructions on how to embed a YouTube video in a note...
And I CAN!
This is me playing the organ at my piano teacher's church. It wasn't just a little chapel organ though, it was a legit pipe organ! It was pretty sweet. It's the theme from the Redwall TV series, not too complex, but I think it sounds nice. I tweaked it a bit, making it shorter.
ANYWAY! here it is:
Mattimeo the MusicalHello! Since I finished the book Mattimeo, the tenth book (in chronological order) of the Redwall series, I've been watching the TV series. However, I also had an idea. I got a new computer with iMovie, so I started to download the episodes and try to make YTP. I simply got certain scenes from a certain episode and made a montage so they will turn out funny It turned out something like "Songs in Five Nights at Freddy's 2" so I named it Mattimeo the Musical because they "sing" popular songs in these videos (Like Fancy, Let it go, Stay with me, and even some fanned songs, of course I credit them). If anyone is interested, here are the links:
I'll update it whenever I post the next parts. I tried to make it funny and entertaining. If the sound is weird, blame iMovie! I dunno why it messes up my audio sometimes! Well, hope you liked them! I tried to Photoshop some thumbnails of the videos but I'm having pro
